Groups & Social Connection Programs
English Self-Expression Group
- Clinician-led group supporting communication, confidence, and emotional expression in English
- Focuses on self-expression, social interaction, and coping skills
- Designed for individuals navigating language-based stress in daily life
Computer Resource Group
- Structured group supporting basic computer skills and digital navigation
- Focuses on practical tasks such as email use, online forms, and accessing resources
- Supports independence, confidence, and connection to services
Additional Therapeutic Groups

- Groups designed to reduce isolation and strengthen social connection
Care Coordination & Ongoing Support
- Care coordination that supports mental health treatment goals
