    Care Coordination & Ongoing Support

    Areas of Support

    Clinical Services

    • Individual therapy
    • Family or relational therapy (only if offered)
    • Trauma-informed treatment approaches

    Services are provided by licensed mental health professionals or clinicians under supervision, in accordance with Massachusetts standards.

    Groups & Social Connection Programs

    English Self-Expression Group

    • Clinician-led group supporting communication, confidence, and emotional expression in English
    • Focuses on self-expression, social interaction, and coping skills
    • Designed for individuals navigating language-based stress in daily life

    Computer Resource Group

    • Structured group supporting basic computer skills and digital navigation
    • Focuses on practical tasks such as email use, online forms, and accessing resources
    • Supports independence, confidence, and connection to services

    Additional Therapeutic Groups

    • Psychoeducational and skills-based groups
    • Groups designed to reduce isolation and strengthen social connection

    Care Coordination & Ongoing Support

    • Care coordination that supports mental health treatment goals
    • Ongoing support outside of sessions when appropriate
    • Collaboration with schools, providers, and community partners (with consent)
    • Resource connection and follow-through to reduce barriers
